Transparent Cancellation Fee

Our dental team meticulously plans and organizes your visit, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care. This commitment extends to all our patients, and the time allocated for each appointment is precious. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations can have a ripple effect on our schedule and the care we can provide for all our patients. 

By giving us at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, you enable us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care. This includes situations where emergencies arise, and we must prioritize urgent cases.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 to $100 cancellation fee will be applied.  We understand that life can be unpredictable, and genuine emergencies can occur.  In such cases, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.  Our goal is to ensure your dental health and provide a positive experience for all our patients.
